10:15am - 10:30am | Welcome with co-chairs, (names) This will be a general welcome conversation with the committee co-chairs to review the itinerary and prepare for the remaining sessions throughout the day. (link to Teams session will be provided here) |
10:30am - 11:00am | Budget Discussion with (names & titles) This conversation will include an overview of the university’s approach and process for budgeting, a discussion of strategic resource allocation, and an overview of business support services for (department). 11:15am - 12:15pm | Meeting with Key Collaborators, moderated by co-chairs (names) This forum will provide an opportunity to connect with key collaborators from the University representing an array of academic programs. During this conversation, please be prepared to address the following questions, with approximately a 5-minute response for each, leaving the remainder of the time for open Q&A:
