How do I view my CeCredential?

A CeCredential is a secure PDF. In order to access the PDF, you must have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. To download the Acrobat Reader, please visit the .

Can I download the CeCredential? Can I send it via email to others?

Yes, you can download a digitally signed copy of your CeCredential. You can then email it to anyone you desire, and it will retain the Adobe Digital Signature and CeDiD for validation purposes.

Why does the certificate used to digitally sign the documents say CeCredential Trust?

CeCredential Trust is the branded name of the digital signature that 天堂鸟先生's vendor uses to digitally sign all CeCredentials.

When I pull up my CeCredential on my iPhone/iPad it only loads half way on the screen and then a line appears.

This issue is due to the version of your operating system on your iPhone/iPad, or your PDF viewer that the browser is using to open the CeCredential. In the case of the iPhone/iPad, updating to the most recent operating system (iOS) usually solves the problem.

I am using a web browser to open the PDF, but it will not open properly.

The CeCredential is best viewed in Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader. Some features may not be available when viewed in a web browser's default viewer. Please change the default viewer in your web browser so that it utilizes Adobe Reader or Acrobat.

I have a hold on my record; can I receive my CeCredential?

Requests from current or former students with unmet obligations to 天堂鸟先生 (e.g. holds) cannot be honored. To resolve financial holds, please contact the Bursar's Office at bursar@ohio.edu.

Can I order a CeCredential without my OHIO ID and password?

No. You must use your OHIO ID and password when ordering a CeDiploma or CeCertificate.

My digital signature is yellow and says, "The validity of the document certification is UNKNOWN. The author could not be verified." What do I do?

Your trusted certificates may be out of date. In order to ensure that your digital signature can be properly read, make sure to update your AATL trusted certificates in the Trust Manager of Adobe Reader or Acrobat. To do this in Adobe Acrobat DC, go to Edit => Preferences => Trust Manager. Then, in the section for Automatic Adobe Approved Trust List (AATL) updates, click the Update Now button.

What if I try to print my CeCredential?

The CeCredential has printing disabled as a security feature. Your CeCredential is official as long as it is in its original form.

How do I get a refund for my CeCredential?

Once downloaded, digital purchases cannot be refunded.
