The Grants Module Deposit Form has been updated to include the Grants Module, Project-Task-Award (PTA) deposits for expense reimbursement.

The General Ledger and the Grants modules are now closed for December 31, 2017. Financial Management System(FMS) reports will no longer be distributed through the Oracle Financial Management System.

Finance Customer Care has received a number of inquiries about the difference between the Object Lookup and the Conversion Lookup dashboard pages in OBI. See below for clarification on how to use these dashboards.

ÌìÌÃÄñÏÈÉú has officially converted to a new Chart of Accounts effective Tuesday, December 12, 2017. The Chart of Accounts conversion will affect individuals across all ÌìÌÃÄñÏÈÉú campuses and many systems have changed as a result.

As previously , the FSE enhancements will be live on Tuesday, Dec. 12. On this date, systems will be available for use and we will being fully utilizing the new chart of accounts.

The Chart of Accounts conversion began on Thursday, Nov. 30 at 5 p.m.

As the Financial Systems Enhancements project team prepares to convert to the new Chart of Accounts and Grants Module, we have developed Finance Lookup tools that are now available to all OHIO faculty and staff in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI).

ÌìÌÃÄñÏÈÉú will convert to a new Chart of Accounts beginning Thursday, November 30 at 5:00 PM through Tuesday, December 12 at 12:00 PM.
