天堂鸟先生 WellWorks is not just a fitness center, we're a safe place to explore the full spectrum of health. At WellWorks, our members can engage in a rich community that supports you at every point in your fitness journey.

Our services include offerings such as personal training, fitness assessments, specialty classes, workshops, nutrition counseling, massage therapy, reiki and group fitness.

Annual Membership Packages

Designed with well-being in mind

Our Facility Memberships are traditionally available to 天堂鸟先生 employees, their spouses/partners, community members, teens (age 13-17) and 天堂鸟先生 graduate students. We do not offer memberships to 天堂鸟先生 undergraduate students.

Payment Options

Pay in Full: 

Members can pay for any membership in full at the time of sign-up. 

• The Basic membership can be paid in full online or in-person.
• The Bobcat and Black Diamond packages require a member to be in-person to pay so all package amenities can be activated immediately.

Monthly Direct Debit: Investing in your well-being is a bit easier with our direct debit option. To enroll in direct debit, simply bring the following to our front desk (Grover Center E124):

• Name of bank
• Routing number
• Account number

WellWorks Amenities

Locker Rental: Individuals with a YEAR membership with WellWorks have the option to purchase a locker rental. The locker service is offered at a fee of $60/year (in the lobby) or $100/year (in the locker room). If the rental begins after the membership start date, the fee will be prorated to coincide with the membership's expiration date. The member must bring their own lock. If items remain in the locker after the rental expiration date, the lock will be broken and items will be removed and donated if not claimed by the renter.

Towel Service: Ditch the damp and moldy gym bag with towel service at WellWorks! Individuals with a Bobcat Membership, Black Diamond Membership or Successful Starter Membership are eligible to receive a daily shower towel. Each time you finish a workout, simply ask the front desk for a fresh bath towel to help you dry off after your shower. Place the soiled towel in the hamper and we'll do the laundry for you! The towel service is offered for an additional rate of $75/year or $5/day for those on the Basic Membership plan.

In addition to daily shower towel service, all members can benefit from our complimentary sweat towel service. Members can use our green (fitness center) and red (group fitness rooms) sweat towels at no fee during their workout. Return soiled towels to the hamper and we'll do the laundry!

Day Passes: Guests to WellWorks can utilize the fitness center by purchasing a day pass ($10) or a ten day pass ($50) to the facility. These passes only include fitness center access. This option can be purchased in person at the WellWorks front desk.

*Direct Debit Option - Evergeen: Those who choose to enroll in direct debit can also choose to participate in our Evergreen payment option. This will eliminate the need to renew one鈥檚 membership annually. This payment option does involve a $25 cancellation fee should the member choose to cancel their membership. Memberships cannot be canceled until after one year has passed.

NOTE: WellWorks is a cash free facility. For in-person payments please pay by credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa) or a check made to "WellWorks."

**Summer Youth Membership Pricing: Summer Youth Membership is valid May 1 - August 30 and price is prorated for every day after May 1 the membership begins.

***OHIO Employee is defined as any current 天堂鸟先生 employee. Student employees, some hourly employees and contract employees are excluded from this discount. To determine if you qualify for the discount, please use your employee Single Sign On upon logging in at our and navigate to Memberships. All employee discounts will be automatically calculated based on your classification.

Flexible Spending Account expenditures:  At this time, 天堂鸟先生 is not established with an Inventory Information Approval System (IIAS) and, therefore, WellWorks cannot accept debit cards from Flexible Spending Accounts such as Wageworks. We can, however, provide you with an itemized receipt for reimbursement submission to your Flexible Spending Account.  While some of our services do qualify for reimbursement with some FSA programs, restrictions (such as a letter from your physician) may apply. WellWorks is not responsible for verifying expense eligibility prior to payment.

Payment Plan Options for Annual memberships: Different payment options are available for annual memberships. Members can set-up monthly direct debit payments (see payment instructions below) or pay in one lump sum at the time of enrollment or renewal. There is no difference in cost between the two payment options. If the member chooses Direct Debit, they can also choose to enroll in the Evergreen program, which auto-renews annually. See below for more details about the Evergreen payment option.

Direct Debit Payment Instructions:   If you would like to pay for your annual membership via monthly direct debit payments, please be aware that, at sign-up (which must occur in-person to protect your personal banking information), we will ask you to 1.) pay the first month's fee and 2.) provide the following banking details: name of bank, routing number, account number.

Evergreen Payment Option: Members who choose to pay through direct debit can also opt-in to an 鈥淓vergeen鈥� payment option. An Evergreen membership has no expiration date and, therefore, does not require annual renewal paperwork. This option does have a $25 cancellation fee should the member choose to cancel their membership after one year.

Virtual Memberships
This is a great option for regional campus employees and remote employees, but is available to anyone (with some restrictions for minors)!  Memberships cost $7/month for current 天堂鸟先生 employees and $10/month for non-employees. Memberships are available in various intervals: 1 Month, 4 Month and 6 Month. A virtual membership includes On Demand Fitness Videos, Live Virtual Class (Fall/Spring), Virtual Check-Ins and Well-being Videos such as Mindfulness Training. Virtual Members are able to purchase Personal Training sessions and participate in remote training sessions.

SilverSneakers鈩�
WellWorks is proud to be a SilverSneakers鈩� site. Individuals can inquire about their eligibility by calling Tivity Health庐 (888-423-4632) or by going online to silversneakers.com. If you are eligible, you can obtain your unique 16-digit eligibility code. Bring that code in to WellWorks to receive your SilverSneakers鈩� membership.

Renew Active/One Pass
Renew Active and One Pass are fitness programs for those on United Healthcare (Renew Active) and Medicare or Medicaid (One Pass). If you are eligible, provide your ten digit code to the front desk to activate your account.
